Regional Learning Specialist

Delivery Hero is seeking a Regional Learning Specialist to support talent development and workforce capability across our Buenos Aires operations. This is a full-time remote position based in Buenos Aires, AR, offering the opportunity to shape learning strategy and drive professional growth across your region.

Position Summary

As a Regional Learning Specialist, you'll design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that strengthen team performance and accelerate career development. You'll work cross-functionally to identify learning needs, build scalable training solutions, and ensure consistent capability development across regional locations. This role combines instructional design with stakeholder management to create meaningful professional development experiences that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify skill gaps and training requirements across regional teams, then design targeted development programs to address those needs
• Create, curate, and deliver learning content—including workshops, onboarding programs, and ongoing skill-building initiatives—tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles
• Collaborate with department leaders and HR partners to align training strategy with business priorities and organizational growth
• Manage the execution of learning events and programs, ensuring engagement, participation tracking, and quality outcomes
• Measure and report on training effectiveness through feedback collection, knowledge assessments, and performance impact analysis
• Build and maintain a learning resource library, leveraging internal expertise and external resources to support continuous development
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives through structured new-hire and mentorship programs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training, learning and development, instructional design, or talent management
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities; comfort presenting to diverse groups
• Demonstrated capability to assess learning needs, design solutions, and measure program outcomes
• Proficiency with learning management systems and digital collaboration tools
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills, with the ability to deliver content in both languages
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in human resources, education, organizational development, or related field
