What You'll Do

• Design, architect, and oversee the development of scalable cloud platform infrastructure supporting high-availability, high-performance computing requirements
• Lead engineering teams through complex cloud modernization and platform optimization initiatives
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for cloud development across the organization
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions
• Drive innovation in distributed systems, containerization, microservices, and cloud-native technologies
• Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Evaluate and integrate emerging cloud technologies and platforms into our infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in cloud platform architecture and leadership roles
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent), microservices, and distributed systems design
• Proven track record leading large-scale infrastructure projects and managing technical roadmaps
• Strong background in system design, performance optimization, and high-availability architecture
• Experience with containerization platforms, orchestration systems, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
