These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://getajob.ai/ (the “Site”), operated by Get A Job.AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

Get A Job.AI is an online job board and career information service. We publish job listings, company information, and related content so job seekers can discover opportunities and employers can present open roles. We are not an employer for listings posted by third parties, and we do not guarantee that any listing will result in employment, interviews, or other outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and old enough to seek employment where you live (and at least 16, or the minimum working age if higher). The Site is not directed at children under 13. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@getajob.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Site or other users.

4. Job listings and third-party content

Job listings and company information on the Site may come from employers, recruiters, partners, public sources, or third-party job feeds. We may also generate or enrich page content (for example, summaries or related information) to help candidates evaluate roles. You understand that:

• Listings may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available;
• Employers and third parties are responsible for the accuracy of the jobs they provide;
• We do not endorse any employer, candidate, salary figure, or hiring practice merely by publishing a listing;
• Applying for a job, contacting an employer, or submitting a resume is at your own discretion and risk;
• Links may take you to third-party sites (application portals, company career pages, and similar). Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

5. Job seekers

When you search, save jobs, set alerts, upload a resume, use chat tools, or apply through the Site, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading. You are solely responsible for how you use application materials and for any relationship that results with an employer or recruiter.

6. Employers and job posters

If you post or manage job listings, you represent that you are authorized to do so, that the content is lawful and accurate, and that it does not discriminate unlawfully or solicit illegal activity. You must not post misleading compensation, fake roles, phishing, or content that violates applicable employment, advertising, or privacy laws. We may edit, refuse, or remove listings at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without our prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law;
• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages;
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or the normal operation of the Site;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent job schemes.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, software, logos, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Job descriptions and trademarks of third parties remain their property. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial job-seeking or legitimate recruiting as offered by the Site. You may not copy, republish, or commercialize Site content in bulk without our written permission.

9. Advertising

The Site may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense and other partners. Ads are not endorsements of the advertised products or services. Our use of cookies and similar technologies for advertising is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are current, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any career outcome will result from use of the Site. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get A Job.AI and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Get A Job.AI and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your job postings or application materials, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that notice.

14. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Site, or restrict your access, at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect the Site, users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process for material changes.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts located in Clark County, Nevada, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have in your home jurisdiction.
