J.P. Morgan Wealth Management – Associate Program Manager

J.P. Morgan is seeking a full-time Associate Program Manager in New York City, New York to join our Wealth Management division. You'll support J.P. Morgan Advisors (JPMA), our premier ultra-high-net-worth business, delivering the personalized advisory services and operational excellence that distinguish our wealth management solutions.

About the Role

In this position, you'll serve as an operational and strategic partner within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, supporting J.P. Morgan Advisors and our ultra-high-net-worth client base. You'll coordinate closely with wealth advisors, operations specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and exceptional client experiences powered by J.P. Morgan's global resources and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate wealth management programs and client-focused initiatives across teams
• Support advisors and operations staff in streamlining workflows and service delivery
• Help develop and implement solutions aligned with client objectives and business goals
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve program quality and consistency
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes and client satisfaction
• Provide analytical and administrative support to program leadership and advisory teams
