About This Position
HCA Healthcare's residency program is a year-long initiative specifically designed for newly graduated registered nurses entering clinical practice. What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care under preceptor supervision on your assigned clinical unit

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interprofessional healthcare teams
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records systems
- Participate in structured educational sessions focused on clinical skill development
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality care, and professional nursing standards
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
- Successful passage of the NCLEX-RN examination
- Strong clinical communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
- Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced healthcare team environments
