Role Overview

As a Team Lead Rider On Ground Ops at Delivery Hero, you'll oversee day-to-day ground operations and manage a team of delivery riders in Erbil. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of delivery riders in your team
• Monitor delivery metrics, efficiency, and service quality standards
