About the Role

This is a full‑time position that supports the store’s front‑line operations by interacting with guests, processing orders, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment during short and late-night shifts.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and accurately take phone or in‑person orders for pizza, sides, and drinks.
• Process cash and credit card payments, provide correct change, and record transactions in the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote current menu specials and upsell complementary items to increase order value while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist with product preparation, including dough stretching, topping application, and oven monitoring to ensure timely bake cycles.
• Perform opening and closing duties such as stocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and securing the store after hours.
• Conduct quality checks on finished pizzas and sides, verifying proper temperature, appearance, and packaging before delivery or carryout.
