As a Customer Service Representative at our Batavia location on 135 N. What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person, by telephone, and through digital channels with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including sizes, toppings, and specialty items, to guide customer orders
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, whether for delivery, carryout, or in-store consumption
- Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction
- Support pizza preparation and assembly as needed during your shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and work areas
- Follow all food safety and company policies consistently
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to be a dependable team member
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
