Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium-to-large global projects. In this role, you will:
- Manage clinical trial projects spanning 5-15+ countries with full-service delivery models
- Oversee production of project deliverables meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and supervise cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies
- Serve as primary escalation contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams on project-related matters
- Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers
- Support business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings
- Participate in feasibility research and implement compliance with standard practices
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services across all project phases from startup to closure
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of clinical research industry experience
- Minimum 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing all project phases from startup through closure
- Proven track record managing multi-country global projects and all functional services
- Vendor management expertise
- Experience in Gastroenterology preferred; Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience a plus
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills
