Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium-to-large global projects. In this role, you will:

  • Manage clinical trial projects spanning 5-15+ countries with full-service delivery models
  • Oversee production of project deliverables meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and supervise cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies
  • Serve as primary escalation contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams on project-related matters
  • Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers
  • Support business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings
  • Participate in feasibility research and implement compliance with standard practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services across all project phases from startup to closure

What We're Looking For

  • At least 7 years of clinical research industry experience
  • Minimum 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing all project phases from startup through closure
  • Proven track record managing multi-country global projects and all functional services
  • Vendor management expertise
  • Experience in Gastroenterology preferred; Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience a plus
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills
