People Partner – EU

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client expanding rapidly across the UK and Europe. Our talent team is seeking a People Partner to join their high-performing HR function and support senior leaders through a period of significant growth and organizational change.

This role is based in London and requires working in-office three days per week. You'll partner with revenue leaders to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable people plans and strategies
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, team structures, and leadership effectiveness
• Coach and advise leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and organizational change
• Co-create people priorities aligned to business goals and company values with senior leaders and managers
• Implement and manage key people processes including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent planning across your functions
• Use people data, engagement results, and performance metrics to diagnose challenges and recommend improvements
• Co-deliver change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth implementation
• Identify capability gaps and partner with relevant functions to address them through learning and development initiatives
• Drive high-performance culture through multiple touchpoints including performance processes, feedback, and development conversations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a People Partner working with revenue functions in fast-moving technology companies
• Track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders effectively
• Strong understanding of organizational design, high-performance culture, leadership development, and change management
• Coaching mindset with excellent communication skills; ability to challenge and guide appropriately
• Experience developing and enabling leaders and managers at various levels
• Comfort operating across regions and time zones with international teams
• Ability to bring clarity, consistency, and care to all work in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments
• Data-driven approach to HR, using metrics to diagnose issues and track progress
