Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models to enhance the discoverability and trustworthiness of product ratings, reviews, photos, and videos at scale.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced analytics into our products and services, improving user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate on research projects aimed at advancing Bazaarvoice's AI capabilities in areas such as natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and content verification.
- Ensure the scalability, robustness, and efficiency of machine learning models deployed across various platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with significant experience in machine learning.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages used for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques, sentiment analysis, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
