Position Summary

Bazaarvoice is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design organization, you will play a critical role in developing compelling stories from complex data, driving the creation of smart shopping experiences that connect brands and retailers with consumers.

What You'll Do

• Develop deep domain knowledge of Bazaarvoice's product areas to inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to develop innovative solutions for our clients' challenges
• Create user-centered designs that enhance the shopping experience and drive business insights
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet high standards of quality and usability
• Contribute to the overall design strategy and vision for Bazaarvoice's products

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer or similar role in a digital product environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex data visualization and compelling storytelling through design
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and researchers
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
