Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our discovery team and help shape products at their earliest stages. You will lead the process of turning rough ideas and messy customer problems into tangible product directions that teams can build upon. Your role involves building strong prototypes, leading discovery, and assisting teams in deciding what to build, test, change, or stop.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Taking rough ideas and customer problems and turning them into a clear direction for product development
- Leading the discovery process to define product strategies
- Building prototypes that help teams make informed decisions about what to build, test, change, or stop
- Moving across topics as needed based on changing work priorities
- Staying hands-on throughout the entire development process
