The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Designer at AutoScout24, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly products that delight customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure the design process is seamless and aligned with business goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize design requirements.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet user needs and align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role in the tech industry.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered design principles, and ability to create engaging interfaces.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
