What This Role Involves

As Senior Product Designer (Brazil) at Moises you will own end-to-end product design work that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. The role centers on translating complex problems into clear, elegant interfaces while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research partners. You will set visual and interaction direction, maintain high craft standards, and help define how the product evolves through thoughtful design leadership in Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product design lifecycle from problem framing and user research through wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements, explore solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation of design specifications.
• Build and extend cohesive design systems and component libraries that improve consistency and speed across the product experience.
• Plan and facilitate formative research, usability tests, and design critiques to validate decisions and surface improvement opportunities.
• Create clear design documentation, journey maps, and presentation materials that align stakeholders around product direction.
• Mentor and elevate the design practice by sharing feedback, establishing rituals, and modeling craft excellence for the wider team.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design patterns, and continuous iteration based on qualitative and quantitative signals.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated senior-level experience delivering product design for digital products or platforms, with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing ownership of complex end-to-end work.
• Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, confident visual design skills, and solid interaction design fundamentals.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, conduct or synthesize user research, and turn insights into actionable design direction.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners and communicating design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with design systems, component-driven workflows, and handing off high-fidelity work to engineering teams.
• Strong organizational habits, proactive communication style, and a commitment to inclusive, user-centered thinking.
• Comfort working independently while remaining tightly aligned with product goals and team priorities in a Full Time capacity.
