The Opportunity
We are seeking a Lead Product Development Manager to join our team at Lumen. As a key player in driving product development and innovation, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and other departments to define product strategy and roadmap

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product development or a related field

- Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
