What This Role Involves

The Global Creative Development Manager will lead and inspire a team of creatives to develop innovative marketing campaigns that align with the company's global branding strategy. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and communications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution of marketing materials.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Manage a team of creatives, providing guidance and support while driving project timelines.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in creative management within the marketing or advertising industry.
• A strong understanding of global branding principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
