Responsibilities
- Advance channel revenue growth in Central / TOLA by creating strategic partner plans, delivering enablement, and launching sales-acceleration plus pipeline-building initiatives.
- Champion core technologies and products so that revenues rise and the volume of partner-initiated deals expands.
- Guide the performance of current distribution and regional partners while recruiting additional ones that improve coverage across markets and verticals.
- Coordinate joint account-mapping sessions and meetings that qualify targets, converting them into partner-initiated opportunities and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Lead enablement workshops that equip partner sales and systems-engineering personnel to operate independently.
- Establish trusted connections with decision-makers at partner firms so the organization is recognized as a preferred strategic ally.
Requirements
- Self-driven, highly motivated professional who works diligently and thrives in team settings.
- Solid grasp of the data-management, data-protection, and storage landscape.
- Demonstrated relationships and favorable reputation among key partners inside the assigned region.
- Confidence presenting to large audiences and hosting partner or end-customer events.
- Skill at uncovering lucrative opportunities with partners, advancing those deals, and closing them in close coordination with account teams.
- Hands-on background collaborating with local or regional channel partners and distributors.
- Proven ability to craft quarterly and annual sales-activity plans and to execute marketing programs.
- Capacity to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while consistently motivating existing ones to increase sales activity.
- Experience running channel programs, leading sales and product training, and supporting partners from opportunity identification through project closure.
- Comfort reporting metrics, activities, and forecasts; prior success selling competitive backup-and-recovery solutions; and familiarity collaborating on joint offerings with vendors such as Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Pure Storage, NUTANIX, and similar providers.
