Champion core technologies and products so that revenues rise and the volume of partner-initiated deals expands. Guide the performance of current distribution and regional partners while recruiting additional ones that improve coverage across markets and verticals. Coordinate joint account-mapping sessions and meetings that qualify targets, converting them into partner-initiated opportunities and proof-of-concept engagements. Lead enablement workshops that equip partner sales and systems-engineering personnel to operate independently. Establish trusted connections with decision-makers at partner firms so the organization is recognized as a preferred strategic ally.
