Role Overview

As a Raw Material Planner in our Supply Chain department, you'll be responsible for planning, forecasting, and managing raw material flows to support seamless production operations. You'll work at the intersection of demand, supply, and production, ensuring materials arrive when needed while optimizing inventory investments and minimizing waste.

Your Responsibilities

• Forecast raw material requirements based on production schedules, demand signals, and historical consumption patterns
• Create and maintain material plans aligned with manufacturing timelines and capacity constraints
• Monitor inventory levels across storage locations and adjust stock to prevent shortages or excess
• Collaborate with production planning, procurement, and supplier teams to align material delivery with operational needs
• Track supplier lead times and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve reliability
• Analyze market trends and cost fluctuations to support procurement and cost reduction initiatives
• Generate regular reports on material availability, consumption rates, and inventory health
• Resolve supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

• Experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and planning software systems
• Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning principles
