Logistic Operator

Join Bosch Group as a Logistic Operator in Cikarang, Indonesia, where you'll play a key role in our Supply Chain operations at one of the world's leading industrial manufacturing companies.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Logistic Operator to support our supply chain operations at our Cikarang facility. In this contract position, you'll manage the flow of materials and products through our distribution network, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods whilst maintaining the highest safety and quality standards that define Bosch Group's operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods in the warehouse and distribution centre
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare shipments, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with shipping requirements
• Sort, label, and organise products according to destination and priority
• Monitor warehouse conditions and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Support logistics team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a logistics operator, warehouse operative, or similar supply chain role
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT competency
• Valid forklift or material handling equipment certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
