Role Overview

As a Gépmester at Bosch Group's Hatvan operation, you'll play a vital part in our manufacturing excellence. This full-time position demands precision, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Operate and manage production machinery according to technical specifications and safety protocols
• Conduct routine maintenance and perform basic troubleshooting on assigned equipment
• Monitor product quality throughout production cycles and report any deviations
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain comprehensive work logs
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and timelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment optimisation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar technical role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery operation and basic maintenance principles
• Solid grasp of safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in Hungarian; additional languages an asset
