Bosch Group is hiring a full-time Operátor to join our manufacturing facility in Hatvan, Hungary. In this hands-on role, you'll operate production equipment, ensure quality standards, and contribute directly to our global operations.

Position Summary

As an Operátor at Bosch Group, you'll be responsible for running and maintaining manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, and safeguarding product quality. Based on-site at our Hatvan facility, this full-time position offers the chance to work with precision machinery in a structured, professional environment. You'll collaborate closely with your team and supervisors to keep production flowing smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor production processes to verify products meet quality and specification requirements
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
• Document production activities and record any issues or deviations
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to your supervisor without delay
• Meet production schedules and output targets set by management
• Comply with all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Technical mindset with the ability to master new equipment and processes
• Dedication to workplace safety and precision in your work
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
• Physical fitness for manufacturing roles, including standing and light manual tasks
• Fluency in Hungarian and/or English
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
