Bosch Group is seeking a Gyártási sorfeltöltő (Manufacturing Line Filler) to join our production team in Hatvan, Hungary. This is a full-time position on our manufacturing floor, supporting essential production operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Feed raw materials and components onto production lines in accordance with specifications and timing requirements
• Monitor line performance and report any equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors promptly
• Conduct basic quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure production standards
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and line activity
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a clean, organised work area
• Support setup and changeover procedures when production lines shift to new products

Who We're Looking For

• Willingness to work in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards consistently
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to precision
• Team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Hungarian language proficiency is preferred; additional languages a plus
• No prior manufacturing experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
