Role Overview

As Associate Credit Operations Manager in our Indore location, you'll take ownership of end-to-end loan administration processes. This includes coordinating complex disbursement workflows, managing post-disbursal documentation, and ensuring compliance across all touchpoints. You'll serve as a bridge between multiple internal teams—sales, credit, legal, and technology—working to deliver seamless customer experiences while maintaining stringent regulatory standards. Your focus will be on efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation across the retail assets portfolio serving Indore and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee loan disbursement cycles from approval through fund transfer, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Manage post-disbursal compliance and documentation requirements for retail asset customers
• Coordinate across sales, credit, legal, and technical teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
• Monitor loan file completeness and regulatory compliance standards
• Identify process improvements and implement operational enhancements
• Support credit quality audits and regulatory examinations

Who We're Looking For

• Seasoned operations professional with substantial experience in credit operations or loan administration
• Strong knowledge of loan disbursement processes, post-disbursal workflows, and retail lending
• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and manage competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation standards
