Manager, VMS Delivery, IT

Robertson & Company is recruiting a Manager, VMS Delivery, IT to join their Toronto, Ontario office. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$90,000 and provides the opportunity to lead vendor management systems delivery within a global recruitment firm specializing in financial services staffing.

What This Role Involves

As Manager, VMS Delivery, IT at Robertson & Company, you'll direct the strategy and execution of vendor management systems that support the firm's global operations. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of VMS platforms serving major banks, financial institutions, and capital markets clients. Your leadership ensures that vendor relationships, system performance, and IT service delivery work seamlessly to support Robertson & Company's recruitment and staffing operations across Finance & Accounting, Core Banking, and Technology sectors.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and continuous optimization of vendor management systems
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships and manage third-party IT service providers
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and alignment with business requirements
• Lead vendor onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding workflows
• Track and report on VMS metrics, service levels, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate across departments to identify system enhancements and process improvements
• Ensure vendor agreements comply with organizational standards and industry requirements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing IT vendor relationships or systems delivery in a corporate environment
• Proficiency with vendor management platforms, processes, and best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive operational improvements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Background in financial services, IT operations, or recruitment technology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, operations, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
