Sales Supervisor, Full-Time – Westchester

Are you ready to lead and inspire? Reformation is hiring a Sales Supervisor for our White Plains, NY store. In this full-time retail leadership role, you'll manage our team and drive store performance while championing sustainable fashion.

About the Role

As Sales Supervisor, you'll report to the Store Manager and serve as a key leader in our White Plains location. You'll combine operational oversight with customer engagement, setting the standard for excellence across every interaction. This position requires flexible availability across all seven days of the week and typically 30–40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding store targets through strategic customer engagement
• Lead the sales team by example, inspiring associates to build customer loyalty and maximize retention
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences that reflect our brand values and commitment to sustainability
• Own inventory management, including cycle counts, receiving oversight, and loss prevention accountability
• Track critical metrics—fulfillment accuracy, inventory precision, and customer satisfaction—to guide team development
• Train and coach sales associates through onboarding, real-time feedback, and structured performance programs
• Execute merchandising strategies, adapting based on sell-through trends and customer feedback
• Maintain operational consistency in scheduling, workflows, policies, and team environment standards
• Champion loss prevention and safety protocols across all store operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of retail or sales-driven experience in a dynamic, operationally complex environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting with adaptability and resilience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse personalities
• Exceptional problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to detail and operational awareness
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Genuine passion for fashion, sustainable business practices, and creating memorable customer moments
