HP Inc. is seeking a Software Sales Specialist - South Region in Nashville, Davidson County. This is a full-time sales role dedicated to driving adoption of enterprise software solutions across the South region's customer base.
About the Role
As a Software Sales Specialist, you'll operate within HP's matrixed sales organization, specializing in software revenue growth. You'll work alongside account teams to expand customer adoption of our Workforce Experience Platform, Wolf Security solutions, and Collaboration software, while building deep relationships with enterprise prospects and customers throughout the South region.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales of Workforce Experience Platform, Wolf Security, and Collaboration software solutions
- Partner with account executives and PC sales teams to uncover and close enterprise software opportunities
- Develop regional strategies to expand software revenue within the South region
- Deliver product demonstrations and conduct technical presentations for IT and business stakeholders
- Build and actively manage a robust pipeline of software sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close enterprise software deals
- Facilitate customer onboarding and successful software deployment
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions
- Demonstrated success closing enterprise deals in complex, consultative sales environments
- Knowledge of enterprise security, workplace collaboration tools, or workforce management platforms
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, cross-functional sales organization
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Consultative selling approach and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
