• Guide strategic alliances, OEM relationships, and reseller agreements from a legal and IP perspective.
• Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product stakeholders to align deal terms with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as legal counsel handling intellectual property and technology transactions.
• Working knowledge of technology licensing, commercial partnerships, and co-development structures.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of IP-heavy commercial agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support strategically important deals in a fast-moving environment.
• Active license to practice law and authorization to work on-site in Washington, D.C.
