Global Enterprise Account Manager

HP Inc. is seeking a Global Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. In this full-time role, you will drive revenue growth by building and nurturing strategic relationships with enterprise customers across a dedicated territory.

About the Role

As a Global Enterprise Account Manager at HP Inc., you own the relationship lifecycle with a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in your assigned territory. You'll identify complex customer needs, position HP's Personal Systems products and solutions, and drive adoption that directly impacts the company's enterprise market performance. This is a customer-facing sales role that requires strategic thinking, independent decision-making, and accountability for exceeding revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for named enterprise customers within your territory
• Identify customer business challenges and recommend HP Personal Systems products, services, and integrated solutions
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with C-suite and key decision-makers
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and close deals that advance HP's enterprise business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction
• Track market trends and competitive activity to identify growth and expansion opportunities

What You Bring

• Proven enterprise sales experience, ideally in technology, hardware, or IT solutions
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with large, complex organizations
• Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen
• Territory management experience and track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-directed approach to managing independent account responsibilities
