• Support the manager with food and meal preparation, following established guidelines and portion standards
• Track and maintain cash receipts and accurate meal inventory records
• Assist in completing daily operational reports and end-of-shift documentation
• Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols in all kitchen activities
• Ensure workplace safety practices are followed consistently throughout each shift
• Monitor food quality from preparation through service to guests
• Keep work stations organized, clean, and ready for service
