As Catering Director in our Sylva location, you'll take the helm of a high-energy catering department, steering the execution of custom events, meal planning, and specialized food service operations. You'll be the strategic leader responsible for growing the catering business while maintaining operational excellence, quality standards, and profitability. Your vision and management will directly shape the reputation of ARAMARK's catering services throughout Jackson County.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a talented catering team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee catering orders and special events from concept to execution, ensuring seamless delivery
• Manage catering operations across multiple units or accounts, maintaining consistency and operational efficiency
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and work toward revenue and profitability goals
• Design custom menus and proposals tailored to client needs and seasonal availability
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and resolving issues professionally
• Oversee food procurement, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives
