What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and plating standards

• Manage prep work including ingredient preparation, portioning, and mise en place
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and meal quality
• Monitor food inventory and report to supervisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station throughout your shift
• Adapt to different cooking techniques and cuisines as required by menu planning

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking or food preparation experience in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment
