About the Role

As Manager, Workforce Operations, you'll own the day-to-day operations that keep our workforce engine running smoothly. Your leadership will ensure seamless scheduling, staffing coordination, and resource allocation across our teams in Cammack Village. You'll partner with HR, finance, and department heads to align workforce strategy with business priorities.

• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and deployment to optimize team productivity and operational efficiency
• Oversee compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across your area of responsibility
• Lead workforce analytics and reporting to track key metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and manage recruitment timelines
• Implement process improvements that enhance operational performance and employee experience
• Manage budgets related to workforce operations and staffing costs
• Support a workplace culture where all team members feel valued, respected, and able to bring their authentic selves to work

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in workforce operations, staffing management, or related HR operations roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and workforce planning initiatives
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and employment compliance
• Proficiency with workforce management systems and data analytics tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functionally, and manage competing priorities
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
