  • Ensure compliance with employment law, benefits regulations, and company policies
  • Provide coaching and HR guidance to operational and functional teams
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR analytics to support data-driven decisions
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development efforts

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist or senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing sensitive situations
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and employee relations matters
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
