About the Role

As Senior Human Resources Manager, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to executives and department heads, translating organizational goals into effective people strategies. You'll manage complex employee relations matters, drive recruitment initiatives, and ensure HR practices align with organizational values and legal requirements. Your work directly impacts how our teams collaborate, grow, and succeed.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior managers and department heads to address employee relations challenges, including performance management and conflict resolution
• Lead investigations and represent the organization in management interviews, grievance proceedings, and appeal processes
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent across departments
• Oversee employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment law, benefits regulations, and company policies
• Provide coaching and HR guidance to operational and functional teams
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR analytics to support data-driven decisions
• Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development efforts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a generalist or senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing sensitive situations
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams
• Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and employee relations matters
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
