About the Role

As Sales Director for Oracle's Life Sciences Research Services division, you'll own strategy and execution for a multi-disciplinary sales portfolio. This full-time leadership position spans Commercial Research, Real-World Evidence (RWE), Clinical Research, Regulatory Services, and Safety research offerings—serving the most innovative pharmaceutical and biotech firms across the continent. You'll build and mentor your sales team while developing market strategy, managing customer relationships, and driving consistent achievement of aggressive sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and expand the North American research services sales organization to meet or exceed annual revenue objectives
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Commercial, RWE, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety research service lines
• Identify, pursue, and close enterprise deals with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations of all sizes
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service-level agreements aligned with customer value and margin targets
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at executive levels within your accounts
• Forecast accurately, manage pipeline health, and report performance transparently to senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, product, and operations teams to ensure customer success and retention

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in life sciences, research services, software, or consulting
• Proven track record managing direct sales teams and delivering consistent quota attainment
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology customer needs, workflows, and decision-making cycles
• Experience selling complex, multi-solution service offerings to enterprise-level accounts
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on sales execution and deal-closing ability
• Willingness to travel as needed to support major accounts and team development
