Field Engagement Specialist

Oracle is seeking a Field Engagement Specialist to drive strategic market initiatives in Edgewood, Richland County. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams to execute go-to-market strategies and capitalize on emerging business opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities aligned with Oracle's business objectives
• Develop and implement field engagement programs that drive customer and partner adoption
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple business units
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum
• Drive market insights and feedback to inform product and strategy decisions
• Execute events, activations, or engagement programs that amplify Oracle's market presence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in field engagement, sales enablement, market strategy, or similar cross-functional roles
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, or database technology is a plus
