Specialist, Physical Security (Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm 40 hours)

Walmart is seeking a dedicated Physical Security Specialist to join our Carrollton store team. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (40 hours per week), focused on developing and maintaining effective security protocols and training programs across our facility.

About the Role

As our Physical Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our Carrollton location by designing, implementing, and overseeing security initiatives that protect our associates, customers, and assets. You'll work directly with store leadership to evaluate current security practices, identify gaps, and introduce improvements that strengthen our operations while maintaining full compliance with Walmart's corporate security standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop, document, and refine comprehensive security protocols and standard operating procedures tailored to store operations
• Deliver training programs to associates on security policies and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence across all departments
• Conduct regular assessments of existing security measures and recommend enhancements to address vulnerabilities
• Monitor ongoing compliance with Walmart's corporate security requirements and internal company policies
• Partner with store management and loss prevention teams to investigate concerns and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security programs, training activities, and compliance efforts
