Drug Data Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a Drug Data Analyst for our William Penn Annex East location in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll ensure pharmaceutical data accuracy across supply chain operations.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing, validating, and maintaining pharmaceutical data that keeps our supply chain operating smoothly. Working with industry-standard drug reference databases, you'll identify and resolve data discrepancies that impact inventory systems, pharmacy purchasing, and healthcare provider relationships. This role is essential to ensuring reliable medication availability across our distribution network.

What You'll Do

• Verify and maintain pharmaceutical records using FDB, Medi-Span, and other drug compendia standards
• Support pharmacy supply chain and purchasing teams with data analysis and validation
• Coordinate with major pharmaceutical wholesalers, including McKesson and AmerisourceBergen, to resolve data conflicts and optimize inventory accuracy
• Audit existing data for compliance, completeness, and accuracy
• Document data issues and implement corrections with clear reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to refine data workflows and processes

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
• Demonstrated experience with drug compendia systems (FDB, Medi-Span)
• Background in pharmaceutical wholesaler operations, pharmacy supply chain, or pharmacy purchasing
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
• Comfort working with pharmacy management systems and data platforms
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
