About the Role

Oracle NetSuite's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team is seeking an experienced consultant to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to non-profit and mission-driven organizations. In this senior position, you'll combine deep NetSuite expertise with a genuine passion for helping organizations maximize their investment in cloud enterprise resource planning, while identifying and scaling opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence for operational innovation.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic consulting engagements with non-profit organizations, translating business objectives into NetSuite implementations and configurations
• Guide customers through enterprise transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization, financial management, and operational efficiency
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and architectural recommendations to ensure successful NetSuite deployments and ongoing optimization
• Partner with cross-functional customer success teams to identify opportunities where AI-driven capabilities can enhance customer operations and outcomes
• Share industry best practices, templates, and proven methodologies specific to the non-profit and public-benefit sector
• Mentor and support consulting teams, establishing standards for customer engagement and solution quality
• Analyze customer environments and recommend enhancements to maximize the business value of their NetSuite implementations

What We're Looking For

• Extensive hands-on experience as a NetSuite consultant, with a track record of successful implementations in non-profit or similar complex organizations
• Proven ability to drive business transformation, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve measurable results
• Strong understanding of non-profit finance, fund accounting, and mission-driven organizational structures
• Demonstrated expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, and best practices implementation
• Strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technology solutions
• Experience guiding customers through AI and emerging technology adoption as it applies to enterprise operations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a consultative approach to customer success
