Senior Director, On-Site Power Delivery

Oracle is hiring a Senior Director, On-Site Power Delivery to lead critical infrastructure initiatives at our Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite location. This is a full-time, on-site position managing utility coordination and power system deployment across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure campuses.

The Opportunity

Step into a leadership role where your expertise shapes the backbone of data center operations. As Senior Director of On-Site Power Delivery, you'll own the strategic coordination and execution of utility power systems, high-voltage infrastructure, and permanent power energization initiatives. This position is critical to ensuring our cloud infrastructure campuses are supported by reliable, fully operational power delivery systems that meet demanding enterprise standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct utility power coordination efforts and manage relationships with regional utility providers
• Oversee high-voltage infrastructure design, readiness assessments, and deployment timelines
• Lead substation delivery projects and ensure alignment with campus expansion schedules
• Coordinate permanent power energization campaigns across active Oracle Cloud Infrastructure facilities
• Manage utility connection milestones, equipment tie-ins, and infrastructure outage windows
• Partner with internal teams to integrate power delivery schedules with broader campus operations
• Track project metrics, report on infrastructure readiness, and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in utility power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center operations
• Proven track record leading large-scale power delivery or utility coordination projects
• Deep knowledge of high-voltage systems, substation design, and permanent power implementation
• Strong vendor and utility company management capabilities
• Project management expertise with ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
