Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector

About the Role

As a Production Associate with the Garment Hanger/Inspector function, you'll play a key part in Cintas's Rental Division operations. Your work ensures that each garment meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in a production environment.

What You'll Do

• Hang customer garments securely and properly on hangers, following established procedures to prevent damage
• Perform thorough visual inspections of all garments to identify damage, wear, stains, and defects
• Flag items requiring repair—such as tears, holes, missing buttons, or broken seams—for processing
• Document inspection findings accurately to maintain quality records
• Work safely within a production facility, following all health and safety guidelines
• Maintain an organized work station and manage garment flow efficiently
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent quality standards
