Learning Coordinator

Cintas is hiring a full-time Learning Coordinator to join its team in Mason, Warren County — a key role for someone passionate about developing talent and keeping workforce training programs running at their best.

About the Role

As a Learning Coordinator at Cintas, you will be at the center of employee development operations — coordinating both virtual and in-person learning experiences, keeping training infrastructure organized, and ensuring every team member has access to the resources they need to grow. This is an on-site position based in Mason, OH.

What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate virtual and in-person training courses across the organization
• Maintain up-to-date training calendars and communicate schedules to stakeholders
• Develop and prepare instructional materials, guides, and supporting content for learning programs
• Build and produce virtual course content using learning development tools
• Keep training records accurate and current, ensuring compliance and completeness
• Generate reports on training activity, completion rates, and program effectiveness
• Support the administration of additional learning and development platforms and resources

What We're Looking For

• Experience coordinating training, learning programs, or a related administrative function
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfort working with virtual learning platforms and course production tools
• Attention to detail when maintaining records, preparing materials, and producing reports
• Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to support stakeholders across departments
