About the Role

The Cheese Shop at our Northborough store is a hub for specialty products and customer expertise. As a part-time Team Member, you'll work flexible schedules—morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends—serving customers seeking quality cheese and specialty items. This role offers scheduling flexibility to fit your availability while contributing to a high-performing department.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through cheese selections and specialty products with knowledgeable recommendations
• Slice, wrap, and label cheeses and related items to precise customer specifications
• Maintain accurate product inventory, track stock levels, and replenish shelves
• Process customer transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout the Cheese Shop
• Create a welcoming, clean shopping environment through attention to detail and organization
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve department targets and support store operations

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
