Based in Lansing, this full-time position combines strategic consulting expertise with hands-on leadership to help organizations reimagine their marketing operations, capabilities, and competitive positioning.

About the Role

You'll partner with enterprise clients to develop and execute comprehensive marketing transformation strategies. This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll lead engagements spanning strategy development, organizational design, capability building, and technology enablement—guiding organizations through complex marketing challenges and building sustainable, measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end marketing transformation consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation and value realization
• Develop strategic marketing roadmaps aligned with clients' business objectives and market positioning
• Manage client relationships and serve as the trusted primary advisor for senior stakeholders
• Guide teams through marketing process redesign, organizational restructuring, and skills development
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend integrated marketing solutions across channels and tactics
• Drive business development and cultivate long-term partnerships within your client portfolio
• Mentor junior team members and support delivery excellence across multiple engagements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, or agency environments
• Proven success managing complex client engagements and building executive-level relationships
• Strategic problem-solving capability—translating organizational challenges into actionable recommendations
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across levels
• Experience leading or developing teams in a professional services or consulting setting
