What You'll Do
- Design and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solutions tailored to client requirements
- Configure CJA components including data connections, derived fields, and metrics
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to integrate customer data into analytics frameworks
- Troubleshoot and optimize analytics implementations for performance and accuracy
- Document technical specifications and provide guidance to implementation teams
- Support clients in leveraging CJA for customer journey mapping and behavioral analysis
- Stay current with Adobe Experience Platform and CJA product updates and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementation and configuration
- Strong technical foundation in data modeling, analytics, and SQL
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record in senior-level technical roles delivering enterprise analytics projects
