SAP Finance – Tech Consulting – Senior Manager – Location OPEN

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Finance consulting engagements based in Talcott Village, Hartford County. In this full-time role, you'll deliver strategic advisory and implementation services to enterprise clients transforming their financial operations through SAP technology.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our SAP Finance consulting practice, you'll guide clients through complex financial operations modernization. You'll bring deep expertise in SAP financial systems to advise enterprises on process optimization, lead implementation teams, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes. This is a client-facing leadership position where you'll build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise decision-makers while managing consulting teams through transformational engagements.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance consulting engagements, from scoping through implementation and post-launch optimization
• Develop strategic recommendations on financial system architecture, process redesign, and operational improvement
• Direct and mentor consulting teams through project delivery, ensuring quality and schedule adherence
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor on SAP Finance solutions and financial operations strategy
• Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and implementation plans for SAP modules
• Drive adoption of financial best practices and SAP configurations aligned with client objectives
• Identify and pursue new advisory opportunities within existing and prospective clients

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance consulting, implementation, or enterprise software advisory
• Deep expertise in SAP Finance modules, including Financials (FI), Controlling (CO), or related areas
• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and manage consulting teams at a senior level
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology initiatives to financial operations impact
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; compelling client-facing presence
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
