NIKE is seeking a Lead Designer for Global Football Accessories to drive the visual identity and design excellence of its football accessory line. Based in West Slope, Washington County, this full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how athletes and fans experience football worldwide through thoughtful graphic design across a diverse range of products.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop original graphic designs for football accessory products, ensuring visual cohesion across the NIKE portfolio

• Create designs for multiple product types—balls, bags, apparel accessories, and more—across various applications and materials
• Conduct research and present design concepts that reflect current market trends and athlete feedback
• Refine designs through iteration, incorporating feedback and maintaining design integrity throughout the development process
• Work alongside global stakeholders to ensure designs resonate with international audiences and regional preferences
