What You'll Do
- Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions that address complex customer journey requirements in the life sciences sector
- Lead customer success initiatives, focusing on retention, expansion opportunities, and long-term partnership value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and customer service strategies
- Mentor junior team members and develop talent within your area of responsibility
- Drive post-sales consulting and professional services delivery for strategic accounts
- Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities to enhance customer outcomes
- Partner with clients to define success metrics, roadmaps, and governance structures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with demonstrated expertise in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries
- Proven track record managing complex CRM implementations or optimization projects
- Strong understanding of customer success, customer service, and revenue operations in B2B or B2B2C environments
- Leadership experience directing teams or leading high-stakes client engagements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at executive levels
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Solutions Architect preferred)
