About the Role

As a Sustainability & Workplace Specialist, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive workplace strategies that balance operational efficiency, employee well-being, and environmental stewardship. You'll manage projects spanning office relocations, real estate acquisitions, new facility development, and the optimization of existing spaces—ensuring each delivers measurable sustainability outcomes and enhanced workplace experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute workplace strategies aligned with Deloitte's real estate portfolio, from current operations through future growth
• Lead sustainability assessments and initiatives that reduce environmental impact across facilities
• Support real estate transactions and projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and workplace best practices
• Collaborate with workplace design, operations, and human resources teams to create spaces that enhance employee engagement and productivity
• Analyze workplace trends, occupancy data, and employee feedback to inform continuous improvement
• Develop business cases and recommendations for sustainable workplace investments
• Serve as a subject matter expert on workplace policy, space standards, and environmental best practices

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, real estate, facilities management, business, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in workplace strategy, facilities management, sustainability, or real estate
• Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices, certifications such as LEED, and workplace wellness principles
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with data analysis and project management tools
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, results-oriented execution
